  1. Open your account at secure.2checkout.com/myaccount using the email or order number from your purchase.
  2. Go to My Products.
  3. Click "Stop automatic subscription renewal."

Refunds

If you're a new subscriber, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request one, email [email protected] with the email address or order number from your purchase. We respond within one business day; once approved, how long the funds take to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or bank.
